One of our newest financial products is Unit Trusts, recently registered with the Kenyan Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
DAL has 3 Unit Trust offerings, namely, Dry Associates Money Market Fund (KES), Dry Associates Money Market Fund (USD) and Dry Associates Balanced Fund (KES). With Dry Associates 20 years plus experience in investment management, we are sure that the returns from these funds will be one of the highest in the industry.
The first two funds, Dry Associates Money Market Fund (KES) and Dry Associates Money Market Fund (USD), aim to provide safety and income over the short to medium term period, with the emphasis of the fund being high current income. The third fund, the Dry Associates Balanced Fund (KES), aims to provide appreciation of investment through fixed income and equity securities, with the emphasis of the fund being capital appreciation. Finally, the geographical focus of these 3 funds shall primarily be Kenya and the East African Community countries.
